SIP Express Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
Welcome to VoIP PBX Express.cloud, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to and using our SIP Express telecommunications services, including but not limited to VoIP services, SIP Trunking, e911, Network Access, CNAM services, DID services, Backup IP Failover, and Toll-Free services ("Services"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
- Service Agreement
By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should immediately discontinue the use of our Services.
- Service Description
3.1. SIP Express Services
SIP Express includes a comprehensive suite of services, providing customers with reliable SIP trunking and VoIP solutions. This service also comes with a Lifetime Limited Warranty and lifetime service on all PBX hardware purchased from VoIP PBX Express.
3.2. VoIP Services
Our VoIP service provides voice communications over the Internet. The service is dependent on your internet connection and may be affected by network conditions.
3.3. SIP Trunking
SIP Trunking allows your phone system to use VoIP for making and receiving calls. The number of SIP Trunks provided will be based on the subscription plan chosen by the customer.
3.4. e911 Services
Our e911 service enables emergency dialing, which routes calls to the nearest public safety answering point (PSAP). Each DID is charged a fee of $3.50 per month. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address registered for each DID is accurate and up to date.
3.5. Network Access Fee (NAF)
The Network Access Fee covers the costs of maintaining and providing access to our network. The fee is $29 per user or device per month.
3.6. CNAM Services
Caller Name (CNAM) services include CNAM Inbound, which provides the caller's name information on incoming calls, and CNAM Outbound, which sends your company’s name information on outgoing calls. Each CNAM service is charged at $4 per month.
3.7. Direct Inward Dialing (DID)
DIDs allow direct phone numbers to be assigned to extensions. Each DID is charged at $1.75 per month.
3.8. Backup IP Failover
This service provides a secondary IP connection for failover in case the primary connection fails. This service is charged at $49 per month per device.
3.9. Toll-Free Services
Toll-Free DIDs are available for customers who require toll-free numbers. Each Toll-Free DID is charged at $3.75 per month. Toll-Free Minute Usage is billed at $0.057 per minute.
3.10. Inbound/Outbound Minute Overage
Calls that exceed the plan’s Enhanced Minute allocation are billed at $0.019 per minute.
- Pricing Structure
The following are the base rates for SIP Express services based on the number of users, includes 15,000 Enhanced Minutes.
- <20 Users: $149 per month
- 20-30 Users: $179 per month
- 30-40 Users: $229 per month
- 40-50 Users: $279 per month
- 50-75 Users: $349 per month
- 75-100 Users: $449 per month
- 100+ Users: Custom pricing available upon request
- Lifetime Limited Warranty
All PBX hardware provided under the SIP Express service is covered by a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects and ensures that all hardware will be replaced or repaired as necessary for the duration of the service agreement.
The Lifetime Limited Warranty under SIP Express covers the following hardware:
- 2900 and 4300 PBX Systems
- Sangoma Auto-attendants and voicemail modules
- 7965 and 8800 series Cisco phones
- 2960 POE Network switches
The following items are not covered under the warranty:
- 2800 PBX Systems
- Cisco Unity Express modules
- 7900 Series Cisco phones
- 3550 and 3560 POE Network Switches
Replacements for items not covered are available, but customers will need to pay the upgraded price for these replacements.
- Lifetime Service
Customers subscribing to SIP Express receive lifetime service on their PBX hardware. This includes all configuration, troubleshooting, and technical support necessary to maintain the optimal performance of the system. This service is available for as long as the customer remains subscribed to SIP Express.
- Maintenance and New Projects
Your SIP Express service includes comprehensive maintenance on your existing phone setup. This maintenance covers 24/7/365 technical troubleshooting and service work such as changes in voicemail settings and adjustments to extensions. Any new projects, such as setting up new equipment like phones, VPNs, and switches, moves, firewall configuration will be billed at $195 per hour, which is $50 off our standard rate.
- Service Limitations
The Lifetime Limited Warranty and lifetime service apply exclusively to hardware purchased through VoIP PBX Express. The service does not cover any third-party hardware or modifications made by the customer without prior approval.
- Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for maintaining their network environment to ensure compatibility with our services. This includes providing a dedicated Public Static IP Address for SIP Trunking, as recommended by VoIP PBX Express.
- Support and Maintenance
For any support or service requests, customers should visit www.voippbxexpress.com/priority-service to submit a service request. Support is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis, Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM PST. After hours URGENT support is available when you submit a ticket.
- Billing and Payment
11.1. Billing Cycle
Billing is processed monthly. The first invoice will include pro-rated charges for the month the service began, as well as the charges for the upcoming month.
11.2. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Payments not received within 15 days of the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.
11.3. Taxes and Fees
All applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the monthly invoice.
11.4. Rate Increases
All billing rates increase at 8% a year on January 1st.
- Service Use and Limitations
12.1. Acceptable Use
Our Services must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Customers agree not to use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
12.2. Service Interruptions
We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be fault-free. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs.
12.3. Customer Equipment
Customers are responsible for maintaining and ensuring the compatibility of their own equipment with our services.
- Modification of Services
VoIP PBX Express reserves the right to modify the terms of the Lifetime Limited Warranty and lifetime service. Any changes will be communicated to the customer with sufficient notice.
- Termination and Suspension
14.1. Termination by Customer
Customers may terminate the service at any time by providing a 30-day written notice. Early termination fees may apply if the customer is under a contract.
14.2. Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services for any violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason deemed necessary.
- Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, related to the use of our services.
- Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the service will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of United States , without regard to its conflict of law principles.

- Additional Terms
These SIP Express Terms & Conditions are subject to our Normal Terms and Conditions well. Please review them carefully to ensure full understanding and compliance.
- Security and Customer Responsibility
VoIP PBX Express.cloud, LLC takes reasonable measures to configure and program your PBX system to ensure a secure setup. However, the ultimate responsibility for securing the system lies with the customer. VoIP PBX Express.cloud, LLC will not be held liable for any security breaches, hacks, unauthorized access, or fraudulent charges that may occur. Customers are strongly encouraged to consult with a qualified security professional to review and enhance their system's security measures.
- SIP Express is an optional service offered by VoIP PBX Express.cloud, LLC. Customers have the flexibility to choose whether or not to subscribe to SIP Express for their phone service needs. Should a customer decide not to use SIP Express, they may instead opt for phone service from their local phone company. The PBX phone systems provided by VoIP PBX Express are designed to be compatible with a range of telecommunication services, allowing for seamless integration with alternative providers.
