These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SIP Express services provided by VoIPPBX Express.cloud, LLC. By subscribing to or using SIP Express services, you agree to be bound by these terms. SIP Express is a managed VoIP service designed to work exclusively with VoIPPBX Express phone systems.
SIP Express provides the following services and features:

SIP Express subscribers receive a lifetime limited warranty on all VoIPPBX Express-provided equipment for the duration of their active SIP Express subscription. This warranty covers defective hardware and equipment failures under normal use. The warranty is void if equipment is damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors.
Active SIP Express subscribers receive ongoing Safe-Net coverage at no additional cost, including configuration assistance, basic troubleshooting, technical support, and replacement or repair of defective parts. This service continues for the duration of the active SIP Express subscription.
SIP Express is an optional service provided by VoIPPBX Express.cloud, LLC. Customers may choose not to subscribe to SIP Express and instead procure phone service from their local telecommunications provider. All PBX systems provided by VoIPPBX Express are fully compatible with alternative telecommunication services.
VoIPPBX Express targets 99.9% uptime for SIP Express services. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. Service availability is dependent on customer network infrastructure and internet service provider performance.
VoIPPBX Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use SIP Express services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for services during the preceding 12-month period. VoIPPBX Express is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches beyond its reasonable control.
VoIPPBX Express shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government actions, power outages, internet service disruptions, or pandemics.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
VoIPPBX Express reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of SIP Express services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
VoIPPBX Express is committed to protecting customer data and complies with all applicable data protection regulations. Customer call data and account information are handled in accordance with our privacy practices. Customers may request access to, modification of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
